Poncho is one of the best moderators this forum has to offer in my opinion. I think he is incredibly fair and respectful of other's posts. I would also like to join in on congratulating him on his one year anniversary.

What a load of horse-droppings. The guy slaps the hands of anyone who doesn't agree with him 100% and is quick to abuse his privileges on City Data.
I tried to post a helpful thread and was instantly scolded by him. Sorry, that's not helpful to anyone.

Poncho and I have butted heads before. He's edited or deleted my posts, which simply made me go read the rules (something I should have done to start with). I think he's mellowed since he first became mod, and I think he's doing a good job. I'm an admin on another forum, and I've learned how hard it is to moderate. Some people will agree with everything you do, others will scream "foul!" no matter what you do. So Poncho has my sympathy and my respect. Even if we still butt heads now and then on opinions, he's a good mod and I'm giving him 2 thumbs up.
Ah! but he set me right one time and I decided to take a look at my posts. I had an do have a tendacity to hijack them to a question I may have. He a good guy! I did cry being blasted by him once but like I said I deserved it.
As long as you don't say anything bad about Rio Rancho, you should be just fine
