Lidia, I do not think this house is in New Orleans. Looks more like a residence in New York, Boston, or New England.

That house is definitely in New Orleans. That's French Quarter sidewalk.

It's located in the 600 Block of St. Peter St on the upriver side. I don't know anything about the history, though.

Definitely in New Orleans. Look at the sidewalk and fire hydrant, screams Vieux Carre.

I stand corrected.

A Google Image search turns up nothing.

This is a French Quarter home. Are you interested in the history of this architectural style or just the history of this particular house?

Esta es una casa del French Quarter en New Orleans. ¿Está usted interesado en la historia de este estilo arquitectónico o simplemente la historia de esta casa particular?

Thank you so much all of you. I am interested just the history of this house, I have a friend who saw that house and he told me he would be loved to know if the house had any particular history. So that I wanted to look into about of it (sorry if there are many mistakes!)

No apologies needed. Someone here may have more information than me, but it appears to be just a typical New Orleans style home or multi-family unit in the French Quarter. Nothing more.

Because New Orleans was once a province of Spain before being sold to the French, the city is replete with Spanish and French architecture like the home you posted.

It has history of some sort. Just imagine if those walls could talk.

Here is some information I found

Address is 620 St. Peter street and was originally called Victor David House and built in 1838. Now it is Le Petit Salon.

The National Trust Guide to New Orleans - Roulhac Toledano - Google Books
Frommer's New Orleans Day by Day - Julia Kamysz Lane - Google Books
New Orleans - French Quarter: Victor David House | Flickr - Photo Sharing!
Dorothy Dix Collection

Also, Chilly Gentilly- This house is more likely influenced by American influence and the Greek Revival architectural movement than Spanish and French architecture.
