Lidia, I do not think this house is in New Orleans. Looks more like a residence in New York, Boston, or New England.

That house is definitely in New Orleans. That's French Quarter sidewalk.
It's located in the 600 Block of St. Peter St on the upriver side. I don't know anything about the history, though.

No apologies needed
. Someone here may have more information than me, but it appears to be just a typical New Orleans style home or multi-family unit in the French Quarter. Nothing more.
Because New Orleans was once a province of Spain before being sold to the French, the city is replete with Spanish and French architecture like the home you posted.
