HerFest (pronounced "hair-fest") just doesn't have the same ring to it. It's Jazzfest, Gretna can keep the Heritage.

The Who is a pretty good 'get'. I'm not a 'Who head' or anything but I'd love to see them in concert.

I can see how getting a big draw like The Who or Elton to bring people in, and while those people are there lay some good jazz on them most of the day, could be a good idea.

I didn't say it was jazz. I'm saying it's music with roots in jazz. I know what I'm talking about, and you'd better know it.

It made success before Katrina and it will make more now. Chalmette and New Orlaens would love to have an amusement park again to do something down here. It's something a whole family or couple would love to enjoy. Keeps everyone happy and kids off the streets. Rebuild a park there that's Simple!!!!
