Hello!
I´m going to work near UNO and I would like know if this area is good to live. I would like to know if there are facilites near, such as supermarkets or bus lines.
I´ve found apartments in this UNO´s area (in lake terrace garden
Lake Terrace Gardens - New Orleans - An Apartment Home Community - UNO - University of New Orleans ). Any advice? It´s my first time in New Orleans so, all tips will be really welcome.

I don't know anything about those apartments but the area surrounding them is a good area. I think there's a grocery about two miles in each direction going east / west (Robert's near West End and Rouse's near the arena). There are busses that go to the UNO campus but I don't know routes.
