Approved for NYCHA, what is the average wait time to get apartment?

I have been on nycha waiting list since 2016, i was starting to get frustrated , and wanted to give up, but in the past 3 weeks all the steps have gone so fast. I went for my eligibility interview the 22 of july, was certified on 29 of july, was selected for a 3 bedroom in manhattan this past monday. I go next monday to look at the apartment. After that just have to wait for them to do the repairs. How long those that process take?
I am looking at some co-ops in Bay Terrace area. Nice area and looks to be very desirable. I am just getting to know the co-op scene, and I am finding that the maintenance fees in that area are considerably higher than other places. Can someone help me understand why?
I applied for NYCHA 2012 had a interview 2016 they put me back on the waitlist bc I wasn’t working and I forgot to updated to not working. I had another interview on 1/29/20 and got certified the next day. I picked my development a week from the interview date. I got selected to a manhattan development. Now I’m waiting for a 5 bedroom to become available. Does anyone know the process of the wait for N4 priority. I Greatly appreciated!

How long did it take to get called to view apartment from your interview date?

It is June/21/2021. I just received an email an hour ago letting me know that I was selected for an apartment in Albany Projects. I just need to wait until Nycha reaches out to my case worker so he can let me know. I've been in the shelter since 10/1/2019. I applied for nycha 7/2019 and had my interview 4/21/2021 and was certified 4/30/2021. It's moving but I just wanted to know how long it would take for them to reach out to my cw.

Congrats !!! I don’t reside in a shelter but your case worker should inform you within the next day
Good day they send send me a list to choose from and i did then i got a letter sating they are doing background checks how long after background checks before you hear back from these ppl?
