No @Tysdavlil. I never received a visit when I was accepted for my apartment. It depends on who is running the lottery process you are applying for. The length of time also depends on who you are applying with.. But usually takes between 2-4 weeks, if you're lucky. I received a call after my third week.. Some receive a call after their first week.. Some after 2 months.. Just depends unfortunately.. Goodluck

Thanks for the info...?I'm so excited....pls don't mind, but I have another question .....when you are accepted how long do they give you to pay your one month rent and security...and do they give you an option of more than one apt.

@Tysdavlil
Trust, I remember the times when I was worried/anxious/crazy/stressed/happy!! lol
When you go into orientation, they will give you a deadline when it should be paid. I am not sure what the process is with your building but when I was accepted for Via Verde, they gave me about a month? I believe? Don't really remember though. Sorry..
You only have the one option when it comes to the apartment. If you don't like it, they will simply take the next person on the list.

@Tysdavlil
It simply means the city is going to review your application now. You have a good chance at getting through but of course, anything is possible..
