The city will try to relocate as many NYCHA residents to Mariners harbor as they redevelop the Bay st. area that's getting the wheel, housing ans the outlet mall, The Jersey st. York ave and Victory blvd are prime spots for re-development.

Mariners Harbor is a perfect area to relocate these animals. It's location is desolate and contained. It's mainly industrial land, there is no train or ferry service. So the would be perps would have to use the bus, walk or most likely car jack some poor bastid to get out of the area. It will be a war zone, but a more contained war zone.
