Is anyone on the ML list for Saint Martin Tower? Or does anyone about that area and building?

I personally didn't know about this development until you posted it, but it's a Mitchell Lama coop and therefore a good deal if you can get it.

If I Googled correctly, then its on West 90th street which is a nice neighborhood. If you are on the list then go for it.

Thanks for your info. And yes I'm on that list passionately waiting. I haven't seen any post or threads for this particular building. Therefore, this is why I started this post. To here from the people.

I'm on the waiting list - three years now. It's weird. I check my position each year. The first year I actually went down the list, the second year I went up 15 places and this past year I went up 50 places! Have no idea how long this is going to take? Has anyone on this list actually gotten an apartment there and how long were you on the list?

Finally there is someone on the list for that building besides myself. Lol. I'm on the two bedroom list and i seem to be in the same situation. Last I hear I was in the 1XX area. The management in charge of running that building are not people friendly at all and communicate only via letter. Smh.. I am hoping to have some that lives in that building answer both our questions on this thread.

Oh, are they are the ones that have the annual book sale?

Building looks nice, fine neighborhood.

Great neighborhood. Very convenient. I don't think anyone is moving from that building.

I'm curious, after you submitted your apllication and check - how long was it before you heard back from the building?

The WL has been closed for quite a while. I check the HPD site on occasion.

St. Martin's was one building that got audited six years ago and it was found that HPD was lax in vetting applicants. This might have been the reason their WL opened for a while. The more desirable a building, the more fraud.

HPD is more gun-shy as a result of the audit, and might be screening more carefully, which means apps get crossed off the WL.

I wish there was an easy way to get notified of the WL opening!
