Sent them an email and got a response from them very quickly. I got the same answer as Lopez93.
"Hello , good afternoon we currently have no more units available but your application says In Process so most likely you can get put on the waiting list ."
That seems to be their go-to response no matter who sends them an email, It looks like we will get an official answer some time in the next 9 business days. We will either be placed on the waiting list (who knows how long that waiting list is or how long we would have to wait to actually get an apartment after being placed on the waiting list), or who the heck knows. The apartments seem to have been assigned to people, but the process is still on-going so it looks like not everyone selected has actually taken the offer, or this process would have been finished already.
I'm starting to think it's all unprofessional because 2 weeks ago " Stinabaii" told us they said there are no more units left and they have us sitting all around . If we are waitlisted or even denied it doesn't take an extra two weeks to send notice of what they knew two weeks prior . And then they aren't even taking time to review a case just forwarding the same message . So unprofessional
Each 63 apartments are already assigned to ppl. They will call for you to see the place. If you don't want the unit they move on to the next name. Told you guys they did that to me and everybody who didn't want their unit the day I went. They probably not going to contact everyone until each lease is signed.
