This whole process turned me into a stalker lmao I've been checking to see if they've issued the certificate of occupancy everyday! I just checked online and a temporary one was issued today, so it looks like lease signings will probably begin next week as I was told yesterday!!

Hey guys heads up . I live a block away from these buildings , there's usually always something going on . Today there was a shoot out . A lot of people selling drugs etc . Just be very careful and away of your surroundings
But then again every neighborhood has its negative and positive
this is an up and coming neighborhood and i definitely want to be a part of it.
I wont be hanging out in the neighborhood .
I spoke to her this morning she called me cause I was missing a termination letter from my old job thank god I had it in my email. Then I emailed it to her and she said she send it out to the city for approval.
