I just emailed Gina asking about the time schedule for the lease signing on Monday, and she responded this:
"Good morning ,
As of now I have not been notified. I will touch bases with my supervisor this afternoon,
Thank you"
So it is not even certain that the lease signing will be Monday. SMH, I will keep the forum updated if I hear any other news from Gina. You guys update me if you hear anything from her, as well. Thanks.
Finally got a call back for my 2nd interview. It was crazy! First I received a rejection letter last week and appealed immediately bc it said my credit score was too low. I follow this thread and I know that the requirements are 550 so I called the company that pulled my credit to see if they reported it back incorrectly. She verified that they reported my FICO score to Prestige correctly, 700. So I appealed and they pulled my file to double check and I am back in the race. Thank God!!!
I received a rejection letter saying something about my credit score... I called and they said it was reported back that that my credit score was 515 for transunion......no way my credit score is that low. When I checked last month it was over 600 . They said to do an appeal and send in my current credit score.
I think this is gonna be another delay...I think I might just forget about it...went on my interview since nov. 19, 2015 and only april 25, they checked my credit.

Send an appeal, do the same thing the other girl did. She had the same exact issues, and they speeding up her process. Don't let this be the end of the road.
