Do they keep track of ppl that are living with you? Aka can my gf move in with me after a few weeks (I applied solo )
EVERYONE who resides there must be on the lease and ALL income must be reported. If she moves in and are caught without doing so - there's repercussions, most commonly eviction.
In order for her to move in without facing eviction (if caught) she will have to be added as a 'co-tenant' where she would have to go through the same process background, credit check, etc. before being added to the lease.
My paper work was already sent , but recently I was hired by them is is possible for them to disqualify me for having another job after I sent my info from my other job (Employment Verification etc...) .. SOMEONE ANSWER FOR ME PLZ ����

Went to my apartment yesterday still messy there's oneblind to put up,the guy told me Friday that it would finish the same day I sign the lease no cleaning done, I'm so mad..

I don't think they might have that Info right away bc since your papers had been sent to the city for approval. If it does come up when they verify all the paperwork they might send it back asking for more proofs and stuff but as of now I think you should just wait and see. If they don't ask anything about it, don't mention it. But if they do just tell them the truth. Hopefully they don't ask for more paper work and stuff.
I got a call this morning informing me if I could come in to sign my lease. I went in with my deposits, signed the lease and received my keys to my new apt at 494 Sheffield Ave. Yippie!!!
