Yoo for those of you that move in how is the noise level with the train right there
Is it annoying?
I'm on the P side so I barely hear the train. During the day since it's more consistent you could hear a faint noise when it passes but you barely notice it. My windows are facing the other side of the block (like the back) not the front, where the train passes.
I'm here, they still working on my window but I almost got everything in, my bed going to be delivered Tuesday guess I have to put it the way you did yours, and I have no problem with hot water hope you got it fixed
The hot water still not fixed, the super was supposed to come yesterday morning before I left for work, they never came. I called them to ask if they were coming but they just took my info down. It sucks that he's only available from 7-4. Those are working hours for everyone. I have to fill a bucket in the sink and take a shower like that 😩😩

I'm moving boxes everyday after work, yesterday I notice that they was on my apartment (when I was out) to install the windows screen (good) buuuuut the little knife that I'm using to open boxes is missing Not good

I don't think that they are allowed to be in your apartment without someone being there :/ that is weird. If that was the case they would of gone in my apartment to fix the water without me being there
Hi guys.. Just an update . I had my interview for Livonia commons on 12/23 .. I just received a call from management to fax over 6 pay stubs and new W2 ... Anyone know what's next ?
My last name on my W2 is different, do you think that will be an issue ?

I told my wife to talk with the office and she "forgets" I will have a good conversation with the office tomorrow
You can't change the locks, if so you have to hand over the new keys to the super. Also, i would look at the lease to make sure it doesn't say the landlord or super can enter apartment at will.
When i moved shw told me anyone could live there just no pets so y should that be an issue ? Trust me you wont be the first.
