Hey this is just a question. Seeing that this affordable housing building has homeless people or displaced people or people that you think should not be in the building. Do you still feel the same happiness when you moved in. Does the apartment out weigh the complaints that you all have. Remember this is just a question.
For me having an apartment still outweight the complaints . I haven't had any confrontational moment with any of them and the only thing that bother me is the smoking and the trashroom
I'm being outspoken and venting out on this forums because I know what it can lead too if it not nip in the butt
I won an apartment for 1765 prospect place and I dont know if I should take it and sign the lease

What the rent like ? It can be scary to have responsibilities but you won the lottery ! Take it trust me because if u don't 5-10 years from now when rent is $3,000-5,000 a month for non- luxury apartment you going to regret it

I did! And I feel you. Im just scared about whose going to live in the building and if its safe at night.Im only 22 y.o
At gorditostyle you are right im just afraid of who will be living there and the area at night
Oh yea.. I understand your concern I recommend you go one day in the morning and just walk around the arena , maybe go at night (midnight - 1am with friends and check it how the scene ) that what I did before I moved in to this building

No the rent won't skyrocket up , it base off ur income but but I read it caps at 20% increase so for me it cap at $1033.00 even if I make $500,000 a year
