That understandable that they have keys for emergency , isn't it like that in all building? but it against the law to enter without consent unless emergency like if somebody dies and they have to open to let the cop in or if a person goes on vacation and a pipe break and flood the floors etc etc

But do they like surprises visit etc etc or do inspection ?

I agree, I would b prefer the 3 train better than the L, or if you have to take the L...Just make sure you're walking with someone else thats getting off at the same stop.

I doubt they do surprise visits because that would be absurd.. I mean it's totally understandable that they are strict but visits is crazy.. After all this isn't free and we are paying our rent.. Yes a bit cheaper but this isn't any handout.. The other day someone knocked on my door like at 9 like they were the police.. I was livid.. I thought it was a surprise visit but turns out it was a third party electricity company.. Smh...

Of course you can have guest over.. Strict meaning living arrangement and so forth.. When you sign your lease make sure you read everything you're signing.. I saw a sign the other day that said that if they catch you smoking they will automatically terminate your lease.. I don't know what kinda smoke they were referring to but I often see a bunch of ppl in front of the building smoking cigarettes

Lol I made you feel like that? I apologize if that's what you may have interpreted, but no which is why I said that it would be absurd if they do the surprise visits etc etc..
