Just received an email for Prospect Place to schedule an interview. No community preferences. Still waiting on Livonia commons. Nothing from them either

Yeah, I hope so too, the rent is a little higher than the Livonia ones but it will due, way better than paying regular rent lol I am happy that they did email I just hope it goes faster than livonias

Just went to Prospect Place interview. Submitted all the required paperwork. Lady told me credit check and employment verification will be done immediately. But it will take from 4-6 weeks for me to hear back from them. It was a lot of signing of papers. Wayyyyy more than what we had to sign for Livonia Commons. But I have a good feeling about this one. I'm staying positive.

I have been trying to call but the original number (212 694 0855) isn't working. when i do call it says it is the after hours emergency service for bradhurst plaza. i last called on February 20th, the lady gina said they were still filling in preferences at that time. today is the 25th of March and still nothing. (Btw interview was held Nov. 17th) any help would be greatly appreciated

I last called on March 17, to ask how the process was going. I called the 212 694 0855 number, they said they were still working on preferences and didn't know when they were going to get to the non preferences. I interviewed November 13, no preferences, and no credit check or employment verification yet.
i just really hope this happens soon. Same here, no preferences and haven't gotten any type of notifications about credit check or employment verification. this management place is clearly unorganized. what is your log number by the way? Mine is #856. I called the same number you gave and it is the same emergency service smh it's like they have changed there number, give it a try whenever you get the chance
