it’s $50 for moderate income and $25 for low income I think. It should say at the bottom of the document checklist.

Hello All,
I am glad I came across this forum. I had my 1st "interview" yesterday. (log# 7**) I basically just dropped off all of the documents and was told that I would be contacted soon. I'm a single person looking for a 1 bedroom. After reading this forum, it appears that 1 beds are all gone. This is a bummer, however, I will consider a studio if offered.

I had my first interview yesterday as well. Lots of people running to get money orders (myself included). They weren't clear on that at all.

Also, I feel confident I had all my docs (and in the order of the checklist) but seeing how neat and well packaged everyone had theirs made me feel very self conscious lol

Yeah I think I went overboard with mine. Had everything in a binder, labeled, and divided into sections according to the checklist... then I saw the wavecrest staff organizing the paperwork into their own binders... oh well guess I know next time not to go too crazy with that.

Same--went yesterday. Also had to run for a money order, lol. log #7XX, saw a few people checked in with lower log by the time I checked in too. I was feeling so good before I went to the interview, now I guess it's out of our hands!

I can't really gather if they were still processing applications from the original housing lottery, or if this was ALL for the middle income bands?
