All the low income apt are very small? how so? Have you seen them all? They said the apt are spread through out the building if this is true of all the low income then that means it was planned out to make them smaller then the market units wow that's so not fair. Just because its low income smh
They say in life, you get what you pat for. I'd take a very small apt for next to nothing in a brand new high rise in a great area in Manhattan.
If size is such a concern then maybe you should let someone who needs the apt and will take it without complaining whether is 250 sq ft or 500 sq ft
I am only a curious applicant as everyone else is or was when they first joined this forum. I see everyone asking questions and trying to get information because they are excited about living in this building. I asked how small the apartment is because I am excited to know how I will decorate my new place. I think its safe to say we all would prefer bigger space in our living quarters however I am grateful for whatever I can get. I will not apologize for stating an opinion we all are entitled to. I do not want to argue or go back and fourth because this is not what this forum is about. I just asked a question and it went left and I still have not gotten an answer. Its like a secret I don't understand but again I'm happy for all that got the unit congrats to you. I am here to share information and that's what I will do for anyone who needs any insight to this process. I will be viewing my unit soon so since no one wants to share its okay I will see for my self and I hope moving forward I am able to help the next applicant who may be seeking information like my self. Thank you for your comment
I can't believe this exist wow hello everyone! I received a letter in March for 21 Wet End Apts and have gone through the whole paper work/interview which all went well. I got a call today and went to sign papers for the city. I took the liberty to read what I was signing it had the unit number and the amount of rent I would be paying which the lady stated to me and asked me if that was okay.
I did have questions but any one here knows the management aren't very forthcoming and I didnt want to to seem pushy. So I am so glad I found this forum. Is there anyone here that knows the next steps once you have signed those papers? Any information would be so very helpful. Thank you in advance.

Hi, wow, they have processed your application fairly quickly! As I recall, those papers are then sent to the city for final approval. Because the building had not received its cert. of occupancy, I had to waited more than 2 months to hear back from them; it required lots of patience. You will not have such a long wait and hopefully will hear back soon. Good luck...be patient...you are almost there.
One week today. I sign papers. In waiting. For city approval
Good luck to you. Be patient; you are almost there!
