Okay great! This is good news I definitely have patients that's for sure, This is such a great opportunity. I went by the building the other day to see what it looks like in person and its super awesome. I can imagine what the apts look like anyways thank you all for the info.

Once the city approves what happens next? Thank you all again and congratulations on your new home!

Once the city approves I believe you will be put in touch with the building mgt office so that you can view your assigned unit and to sign a lease. You are almost there; good luck.

As you know there is quite a bit of construction going on in front of the building. I have a lovely view of river for now which will soon be blocked by new construction. I will miss the view but all in all this is a great place to live.

Aren't you next to 10 Freedom Place? I'm applying to that building; does that building look complete yet?

ALSO, what were your electric bills like during the winter? Electric heat?

Yes, I can see 10 F.P. from my window...I thought it was complete...there are people living there now it seems. On average, it's been about $110/mo. Good luck to you.

That is fairly reasonable for electric heat...
