Hi I got picked up for further processing, and went to the interview, brought all my documents, and now they telling me that they don’t have any units available, is this normal, has anybody had the same situation, let me know please
I have question for all my Affordable Housing Dreamers out there with a hopefully positive response....
I had been interviewed with a log 3xxx for a CB property which I had qualified for but then moved out of the CB during the waiting game process. Got the invitation, met all the requirements, until 3 weeks after the interview, I was waitlisted because my current residence is outside of the CB.
Otherwise all other parameters passed initial screening. Now back in the waiting game for all CB apartments (50%) to be filled. FML. Thought this was my "golden" willy wonka ticket to survival and eventual economic freedom....
Curious to know if I have a chance to make it to through the regular lottery 28 units, vying for 1 of the 3 3-BR spots???
Probably could be waiting a year who knows, and will give up all prayers on moving my family into this new building... Wanted to hear any pick-me-up stories on this blog...
It depends on your log number. The lower the better, of course. Because you moved out of the CB, you are now in the regular pool.
