Do certain applicants get preference in applying for Mitchell Lama apartments?

On the website, they ask if you have a disability, and also what your ethnicity is. Do they give preference to an applicant with a disability or from an underrepresented ethnicity?

They also ask you where are you living now, how much you pay in rent, and why do you want to move?
Do these answers matter? If your rent is more or less expensive, will this give you preference?

Thanks!

I WISH I had known about Veteran's preference a long long time ago, although it might be a new thing.

I was wondering.... Can you move from one Mitchell Lama to another? I don't mean just a transfer, I know it would be a different application. But if I live in a Mitchell Lama, can I apply to another?

I cannot think of a reason why you could NOT.
But I am pretty sure you cannot own two at one time.

I applied to Ryerson Towers about 3 years ago but now I'm in the waiting list for York Hill. I was wondering if they call me for the Ryerson apartment and I take it, if I'll be able to move to the one in York Hill.
