They might be on CB preference still, or they might be doing random pulls so who knows. My log for this is 1,6xx (no preference), the lowest log I've had for any of these and I haven't heard a thing from them.
Whaddya know... Just got an email for an interview for this for a 1 bed. Rent is really high, I'm at the lower end of the bracket, and it is almost double what I am paying now, think I am going to have to pass, alas.
In my opinion, The reason why there is a phase two is because they are having a difficult time filling mobility/CB units before moving onto the general population. I heard breaking ground is now being audited by HPD due to these factors.
hi all! im more worried about the credit check aspect of this... mine isnt that great.. will it mess up my chances? i mean this is affordable housing they cant really expect me to have a perfect score.... right?

Your score isn't the main factor. They mainly check to see if you have delinquencies, unpaid bills, tax liens, etc.. If any of those are confirmed then you will possibly be rejected.
update: I had my interview 2/14 everything went well- I just needed to give them some extra paperwork and i had about a week to provide it. After doing so I got several calls to my office phone from them, verify the info..over and over again.
Last week I got another call from them saying my application was approved and that I needed to sign some documents before it can move on to hpd.
He said realistically my application wont be sent till the following week because they were closing out the disability group.
Ive been approved by the city and I'll be signing the lease next week
