Thanks soo much!!! I didn't have to resubmit any documents. I received a phone call yesterday morning, saying congrats the file has been approved from the city and to look out for a call coming from the building, to set up a time and date to sign a lease.
BG is strange af tho, its like they are selectively asking ppl to update their documents then, cause my files were sent to HPD in November and still ended having to resubmit a few things yesterday.
Anyways I hope we all get these apts after all the bs BG is putting us through lol
Honestly I keep pouring over my documents trying to figure out what I could get denied for. I do have some hefty student loans, but other than that there's nothing I can think of. I just want it over with. Yes or no.
Do your student loans make you over the debt to income ratio? Thats all we have as well, student loans, but they are being paid off monthly.. interview was in July, waiting on a 2 bedroom, log # is under the 3 digits.. uggghhhh I hesitate to post because you never know other peoples vibes but I feel like we sre all in this together.
