Ugh I know, no HPD was very short. She did say that BG would know the cause of the hold. But I can’t seem to get a hold of BG.

I was told that they (BG) was going to ask for a waver for me, because I was general pop. I'm not sure why. I was not asked if I wanted a studio or 1 bedroom as I was eligible for both. I really wanted a 1br, but I figured just let me get in the building.

@CoolBreeze2018, I was told to choose studio or 1 bedroom during interview, then I picked the studio. I know 1 bedroom will be better, but that means more people want.

My interviewer was so pleasant and I'm not surprised, I just kept my cool. ☺

Hi guys, when BG brings you to visit unit, they will show you some different apartments and let you pick or just one?

No, it doesn't work like that. There's no options, no picking -- not in any lottery. BG will show you the unit that is assigned to you and when you are approved you can accept that unit or not, but you can't choose something else.
