Yeah so I attempted to contact BG this morning, of course no answer, no response. So I went ahead and contacted HPD, and the project manager expressed that they are accepting the general population applications from BG however, they are only giving the approvals to BG not to the people as of yet. and she also mentioned that once they receive your file it takes 5 days for them to either approve or deny your file.
She told me my file was not with them yet, and that she will contact BG to inquire about that, so she advised me to call back HPD tomorrow.
