I emailed breaking ground today my documents, I'm trying to inspire them to work more effectively because they are taking forever to get back to me.

that is the direct number to HPD.
Call them and ask them about your status, if you were approved for American Copper buildings. You have to have your name and log number with you. It does not hurt to call them at all. Take a deep breath and just do it

I called and she told me that my file was there but she couldn’t tell me if it was looked over yet.

I just called HPD to get an update and they told me my application was approved by them and they sent everything back to BG and that BG should have contacted me to let me know everything was approved.

I just left a message on BGs line because of course no one answers asking what i should be expecting now.
