I'm so happy for all of you. I never received a letter or anything. I gave up and found another place. I move on April 1st.

Why not move to San Antonio, TX Your mortgage payments would be less than rent you pay there. Plus a house gives you more space and freedom than apartment. Think about never having to wait for a elevator again. No one living over you. Clean streets, no bums sleeping at your front entrance. And most of all "Clean " air.
I live in Emerald Valley (Great North West) in San Antonio, TX 3bedroom, 2bath 1500 sq. feet Mortgage payment under $1000.

San Antonio, TX has a lot going for it.. Your will never be bored here. One more thing clear Bike Lanes.
Why rent if you can buy?

Smh yes the way they have this whole process setup is very unorganized & timely... hopefully they can improve it yrs to come , becuz my 1st ever interview was for Livonia Commons 02/16 and I still haven't heard anything , then oct I went to another interview for oceanhill and still waiting , went to this 1 in November and even tho it has been a wait they are the only 1's to give me a call back letting me know any update on my status , so only words of advice I can share with anyone is just to be very patient... NY system have been like this for yrs they really need to do better tho smh
