@lovely_nah so there's only 1 man to fix and help with almost 200 apts? Wow!!!! Hope he has patience with everybody lol. Are the appliances regular white?

@sp28 I really think they look through your statement and ask you about acct activity. (Deposits, withdrawals, payments). I've seen people say that in other posts. As far as W2's I'm nervous 2 bcuz I have 3 for 2016 and only have 1. But towards the back of my 2016 income tax I see there is a W2 page with the info for all 3. Hope that's enough

Thank you so much @Kitty Ktj I really appreciate that needed info. I'm going to put it in God's hands because mines is improving but everything else is good. @QueenBK718 I really believe that shouldn't be a major factor but for alot of management companies who rent it is but hopefully the will see I am working on mine. @Redbone1988 wow 7 yrs is a long time to look back to, I'm going to let god lead me through on this one I hope everything is good because I really need to move for more space.

In my appointment notification they mailed to me it advised that "At this time, we no longer have these units available": 2-Bedroom at $836 and 3-Bedroom at $1,182 and I need a 3 bedroom. I hope the buildings that are awaiting completion have 3 bedrooms available.

Default @ Jones80

I think they already have people assign to the apartment that are not finish. I just sign a lease for the last 3 bedroom for the apartment on Hendrix and put downpayment but its not completed. i am sure when its time to move in there will be some people who change there mind because the people dealing with it is not very professional, i myself think i will not be taking that apartment i don't know if its worth it.
