Hey everyone! I may be your newest neighbor. I had two interviews and got just got my stuff submitted to the City. My log in number is 2XXX with no preference. I literally read every single post on here. I am so excited but just want to hear that we are approved. I have a few questions. Since some of you have been there for a few months, how are you liking it over there? Which school are you sending your kids? There are two schools that are 7 mins away from the building with great reviews. I don't know which one to choose. I have a child in Pre-k and the other in the 1st grade. Also how big are the apartments..I am dying to see my apartment. This has been an interesting process and my nerves are killing me. I need to know if we are approve. Ugh lol Positive vibes please.

My children attend PS 31. The best school. Apartments are nice sizes. Greenpoint is a wonderful neighborhood we just have to work on communicating with neighbors regarding noice

A word of advice for all here: If you look at the income guidelines, you can clearly see if it'll be an extension of NYCHA.

Are you kidding, New York City?? 60% AMI and below?? Why not save the trouble and make money by creating a frat house?
