Two bedrooms is nice if they are large, or at least not tiny.
For $1780 to be "affordable to you, you should earn more than $1780 x 12/ .30 = $71,200 per year. I don't, so I would likely have to decline it even though I covet another bedroom with a passion.
Deduct points for that awful location.
Of course this is the real world, so you need to compare it with your other alternatives and your situation is unique.
The location is not bad. We’ve got the M1, M102, M7 and Bx33 buses. 2,3, B & C nearby. Kefir you should shoot up to Grinis. it’s a inexpensive Dominican food joint a friend of mine put me on to. I had a half rotisserie chicken, arroz con gandules and a pork pasteles for $13. It was enough to feed two easily off of the rice alone. The food was good. I would go at lunch for optimal service
