Thanks, Hell! Yeah the backsplash in the kitchen is a nice touch. The bathroom mirror has 3 panels opposed to 1 mirror. Cant wait to add some home decor to the place!

First contact from riverton was back in October 2017. Log# 50**. After countless appeals to riverton and HPD, I am finally going to sign the lease. Got my call and congratulations email...best birthday gift ever!!!!

Of course this is the real world, so you need to compare it with your other alternatives and your situation is unique.
The location is not bad. We’ve got the M1, M102, M7 and Bx33 buses. 2,3, B & C nearby. Kefir you should shoot up to Grinis. it’s a inexpensive Dominican food joint a friend of mine put me on to. I had a half rotisserie chicken, arroz con gandules and a pork pasteles for $13. It was enough to feed two easily off of the rice alone. The food was good. I would go at lunch for optimal service
