I saw my apartment today and paid rent and security. They told me they wanted people to move in this weekend, but have to clean up first. They are expecting cleanup to be completed by Monday. Hope everything went well for everyone.

I went with my nephew and he saw his apt and paid his rent and security. They are supposed to give you the key to your apartment once you make that payment, but they didn't. The plus side to that is at least he knows it's his now. I guess they'll be contacting him next week to move in. Hope the same for all of you.

I got called for an interview. my log is in the 9XX. i am hoping for a 2 bedroom. i currently live in a studio in Manhattan. i am not familiar with queens at all and i wanted to ask for those who are familiar with the area how safe it is. i read the crime rate is pretty high and the schools arent great. those 2 things are the most important because i have a 3 year old son. also does anyone have pictures of the apartments? thank you
