Would 73xx be a decent number for someone with mobility disability preference?

I would guess that it would be for a normal project, but I suspect this is going to be one of the more popular developments just based on its location, so who can say? Also, the competitiveness always varies based on band. The lower your income, the more competition.

I have a log # of 15XX but no CB pref - any shot? I fall in both the 80% (2 studios, 9 1-beds) and 100% (3 studios) AMI brackets.

I got an invitation to interview and my log number is less than 1000 with CB so I would probably get one of the first picks here. However just this month I moved into a different affordable housing at 606 West 57th Street. Trying to decide whether I want to pursue this one, if it's better/worse/worth the trouble to restart the process and move. Does anyone have any pictures of the interiors of this place, layouts, etc?

I wish I could transfer this one to one of my friends .
