I live near it and it seems to be almost finished and it looks as if people have already began moving into it but no update on the lottery

Haven't heard back but I see about a week ago Goldman Sachs bought the building. I figure with this and COVID they got a lot going on internally

i'm confused. I see that there is a second phase for this property but did anyone get contacted during the first phase? Will it all happen at the same time?

1 Flatbush Avenue is listed again on Housing Connect. Only two apts available (studio and 2 bedroom). I can see what looks like a lot of empty apts still in that building...
