The ML website says $99,500 for a 1 person household. I believe you can make more than the income limit and just pay the surcharge of up to 50% of the maintenance fee.

Thank you! I just read that you can make up to 125% of the income limit, which then requires the surcharge.

I called Cadman about a week ago, they have not started on the 2019 list yet. No estimates on when the new list will begin.

Thanks for the update! I hope they update the Mitchell-Lama connect website when the list starts moving. I know they updated it twice in January, so I would think they do it in real time. I’ll ask how that works the next time I call.

I called about a month ago, they told me they were done with the old list and is now working with the veterans. I think I spoke to the assistant housing manager.
