Hi all,

I was recently contacted at the beginning of June, and submitted all of my documents. Has anyone heard back from management recently, and also do they usually contact you via email or via phone once you submit all of the documents?

Hi Cam.indy, I was contacted in March via email to submit my documents. I still have not heard anything from management after I submitted my documents. I have been following "The Gilbert" thread (https://www.city-data.com/forum/new-...avenue-66.html) as they have the same management. Most of the communication has been via email based on that thread.

Just to update everyone who may be wondering what their status is, I sent them an email on Saturday inquiring about the status of my application. They emailed me back on Monday and said that I was approved and that I was just waiting on the leasing department to contact me. They contacted me today to set up a viewing and my viewing will be on Thursday. They said they’ve been doing virtual viewings, but could maybe do an in person viewing if I wanted. I told them I wanted to do an in person viewing, and she said she would get back to me, but either way, I should have my viewing on Thursday.
