Hi all,

Lottery numbers are out for 420 Kent apartments now. Just wondering if anyone knows what are the odds of getting an apartment with a log number in the 4000's and no community board preference. Also, did they start emailing any candidates yet. I haven't seen any forums for the building so I figured I should create one.

How do u know ur building #? They didn’t provide me with any, I asked and they said they didn’t have it yet

How log is your log #?

With me I'm assigned a unit on my file but I didnt ask for what building it is. I should have

116-118 West 129th street
It's an old building built in the 1900s with an elevator but I doubt I'll get selected for that building

Yours is much better than mine. Mine is in 23*** but I have a community preference. Let's see))
