Hello everyone. I had a low log #7xxx; Not that it matters since it's a lottery.
They reached out to me last week and I setup an appointment for this week. Just a pre-approval process, no guarantee of an apartment.
Thing is... the required documents they needed was a bit much, unless I'm just not apartment leasing savy(First apartment). Just 10 items (that applied to me) but I was having trouble finding a notary early enough in the morning to make it to my appointment.
Going to stay hopeful this doesnt DQ me. I wish each and everyone of you trying to get in the best of luck. This was my first lottery I've been called back for since 2016.

i applied for both. i got an email for 1520. I submitted my documents the end of august and haven't heard back at all. I've been calling and everyday it goes straight to voicemail.
Update: Passed breaking ground compliance and signed documents to send to HPD last week. Hoping to hear back sometime soon. As I’ve been told there are no guarantees until you sign a lease.
But is there a possibility that application could be rejected by HPD even though it passed compliance?

Congrats I think once you passed breaking ground compliance you should be okay ! Which preference group do you fall under and percentage ?
How often do you ask for an update? I try once a month but I’m not sure if that is too much of an annoyance or not since I don’t get a response. I just want to check with everyone to see if that is reasonable or not.
