does anyone know if they look at most recent paystubs during closing or is it only 2018 w2s?
i want to switch jobs soon but i dont want to be disqualifed if i have a small gap when they are checking that stuff...
Hi NYCwork718,
I have only viewed apartments, and I haven't been offered one yet, but I think they just want your w2s and SS statements. They ask for your employer's name and contact information, but I didn't see paystubs on the list.
It's not a case of being able to transfer it, if the son was over 18 and a co-applicant when the application was submitted then he could continue the process without her. It's just like if a husband and wife were co-applicants and for some reason one of them were out of the picture when their number came up.
I was 2 years old and listed on an application that my parents submitted from 1984, so I'm not sure the over/under 18 dynamic matters.
Has anyone gotten RCN for internet service? I was thinking of taking the cheaper (110 Mbps)plan, and am assuming it will be plenty fast for a 1 BR. I'm also thinking of going cable free, and trying rabbit ears and streaming!
Yes, I'm on the 110Mbps plan, internet only, and it's been great. Make sure you buy your own cable modem to save $5/month - it'll pay off. My speeds have been around 180Mbps and the service has been reliable.
I have not communicated with Bronx Pro group in like 3 weeks
The last time I received an email for an update, I was told that I must be patient
I just called HPD and my file has not been received as of yet
I'm just going to keep myself busy and preoccupied as MUCH as possible so that I don't have to even think about this annoying lottery apartment process
lol i get you 100% i havent contact Bronx pro either but when you do call HPD remember identify the lottery listing, because they are confusing it with a new central harlem listing that came out recently.

HPD is also slow with their process as well
i'll try contacting them on the 18th of September
they told me the whole lottery process is in between 2 to 10 months so it is a matter of being patient but i'm just so reluctant to move already
