Hi NYCwork718,

I have only viewed apartments, and I haven't been offered one yet, but I think they just want your w2s and SS statements. They ask for your employer's name and contact information, but I didn't see paystubs on the list.

Good luck!

I was 2 years old and listed on an application that my parents submitted from 1984, so I'm not sure the over/under 18 dynamic matters.

Yes, I'm on the 110Mbps plan, internet only, and it's been great. Make sure you buy your own cable modem to save $5/month - it'll pay off. My speeds have been around 180Mbps and the service has been reliable.

I have not communicated with Bronx Pro group in like 3 weeks
The last time I received an email for an update, I was told that I must be patient

I just called HPD and my file has not been received as of yet

I'm just going to keep myself busy and preoccupied as MUCH as possible so that I don't have to even think about this annoying lottery apartment process

lol i get you 100% i havent contact Bronx pro either but when you do call HPD remember identify the lottery listing, because they are confusing it with a new central harlem listing that came out recently.

HPD is also slow with their process as well

i'll try contacting them on the 18th of September

they told me the whole lottery process is in between 2 to 10 months so it is a matter of being patient but i'm just so reluctant to move already
