We had our interview in the middle of June. I tried to follow up after that they ask for more paperwork witch I provided immediately and I try to reach out to my leasing agent but he didn't reply my emai and doesn't answer the phone. I don't want to bother them often but I don't want that they forget neither. Does anyone else experienced this?

Oh okay. Sounds like we are in the same batch and our files will be sent within the next few weeks.

Went through the same.
Now, I absolutely have no clue how things work inside Breaking Ground, but it seems that it's kind of their company culture to interrupt any contact with people asking for updates until there is some movement that needs to be done by your assigned agent. That's where their accountability is. I hope I'm wrong, and I hope someday soon this will change this stale way of working (and hopefully not replaced with a condescending twitter-age "customer care" PR-oriented web-based crap) yeah that's how I feel LOL.
