hello to anyone that has signed a lease recently who did u meet with because ms.pena was handling my paperwork and she is no longer with the company and when i call i feel like i am getting the run around i know that i am moving into the building because i have already been approved and viewed my unit i just want to know who i should contact now..also anybody find out how much the gym is monthly
Hey! My file was initially with ms Pena and she was a nightmare. My file was handed over to Ms Daniels who worked diligently on my file until it was ready to be sent out. She had my file for one week and sent it out immediately and I was approved in 2 weeks. I’m sure you’re in good shape because you viewed a unit already. I on the other hand didn’t view a unit until after my approval. I viewed and signed the lease the same day. The gym is only $8 monthly, parking will be a lottery & the laundry room has washers for $2.50 & dryers for $1.25.

Do you know when the gym will be available to tenants? What are the hours?
I went over to the management office in 875 Boynton and asked if we would have access to that gym, but I was not given an answer.
I am assuming that you'll have access to the outdoor workout area between the 875 and 825 Boynton Av buildings.
