Just to let you guys know, I got a letter a week ago to view two bedroom apartment. 20th in line for this! Don’t think I will get it this round. But this is very exciting. We viewed the five apartments. They are very spacious and new floors and new bathrooms.

Hey all got an email as well... and currently going through the process with mitchell lama.... hard decision but I will see it through both ways. Mitchell Lama may come first (almost done with the process) and it's three bedrooms. I wish everyone the best through this arduous process!
I'm just so nervous because if I'm not mistaken there are only 38 apartments. Would they even need to get to my number to fulfill that. I am also CB preference
