Hi SukieHudson,

You mentioned you're in the 2019 lottery. Did you receive a letter already?

Thanks!

The south west side of the complex has been described to me as more "neighborhoody", while the northeast side is more commercial. Each of my friends prefers to live in a "single" building as opposed to the double buildings.

These are just their opinions. I'm in the 2019 lottery, so I have second-hand knowledge only. For ME, I'd prefer to be as close to the subway/bus stops as possible.

I just called hpd.and there's around 16 people in front of me not including appeals. Then also my handler put me down for studio which is a bummer since I have a son. I wanted to know for example let's say they get to my number can I ask for 1 bedroom. Or would I be too pushy

No, I have not received a letter. I keep hoping every day. The latest scoop was that the letters were to be mailed "mid-November' - but, of course, we have no idea what "mid" means to PennSouth!

I am hoping that people on this list who entered the 2019 lottery will shout out when the letters start coming!
