CONGRATS!!!! I'm still waiting. Municipal preference. I'm glad to know that they are still working on CB. If I didn't check this board for updates I wouldn't have a clue on what's going on. Municipal will be next. All things in due time. Great news @Jani9001

There are a total of 1371 1-Bedroom apartments in Penn South, 618 with a balcony, and 753 without a balcony.
Over the past year, turnover rates are as follows:
A total of 19 1-Bedroom apartments with a balcony became available in 2017.
A total of 37 1-Bedroom apartments without a balcony became available in 2017.
These numbers include apartments that are offered to internal and external applicants.

carrying charges vary by size of apt. There are 3 types of one bedrooms, 3 room, 3 1/2 room and 4 room. I can tell you the charge for my 3 room one bedroom is $571 plus $51 HVAC assessment. I think it also varies depending on what floor you're on(upper floors are charged more than lower floors)Also keep in mind there is an increase every year of 1%, the next coming in July.
On another note, I wouldn't be too concerned with the internal waiting list as people on that list also have to come up with the money/financing to transfer to another apt. So they may take up spots on the list but may not be ready to take the apt when called.
