Wow, that second one is great! Of course, you have to hope you end up with the larger kitchen.

Cam anyone please post a photo of the current bathroom? The white tile with navy sounds great.

I actually think it looks quite nice and large -- I'm shocked by all the closet space and separate kitchen room for a studio.

When I was concerned about the state of the apartments, I imagined like a roach-infested, beat up hell hole we would have to fix up ourselves. This seems quite good an a decent blank slate for upgrades.

Hi,

The 2014 threads are gone and I just found this today :'(
I moved into PS last May and just want to check if we have any PS cooperators here who know if we are eligible for the Star Program.

Thanks.

Can someone currently in Penn South answer this for me (I have also written the management but I will probably get an answer faster here.) If a person on the waiting list owns a share in other property -- say, they and their brother inherited their parents' house -- do they have to sell it before moving into PS? They don't live there, they rent it out. Does PS have to be your sole residence or your primary residence? Thanks.

Meow - they're not 'gone', just merged into a mega-thread. If there is a particular post or topic you're looking for it should turn up in a search.
