Can someone please explain to me what happens if you are currently living in a mitchell-lama rental and you go above the income limit. For myself it would be going above 59k.
Also, how come they look at your gross income every year and not what you actually take home? My salary went up around 3k but Im just seeing $22 extra a month.
Last question, is VA disability compensation counted as income when re-certifying? It is not taxable.
