You live in queens and won a place in Brooklyn? Tell about your process
Well I won a place that's on the higher income bracket.
Not many people have 1800 a month lol
It was amazing actually.
I got selected and gave papers and within 24 hrs I was approved lol.
Signing lease on Monday.
I hate studios so I'm happy to have one bedroom

Wow congratulations! I’m dying to move out of my studio as well. It would be great to go back to one bedrooms. You must be so happy! By the way, what was your log number? And did you have CB preference?

Wow, looks beautiful! Congratulations! The building doesn’t look like it had many apartments and would’ve thought the log number as being too high. So this is a perfect example of, “you never know!” .
