Log# 66XX. Don’t think I have a chance because low number of units but then it is 130 AMI and Starting income is like 50,000 so that might disqualify a lot of people before me.
Created an account just to say I got the log number 6, I still can’t believe it lol.
They sent me an email enlisting the documents to send over, I sent them, no clue how long they’ll reach back or if I definitely have it but I’m grateful nonetheless.

I called them up today because staying inside has been making me anxious lol, they actually were doing my paperwork when I called them. They wanted clarification on the gross income but everything should be good. While they said my log number is 6 it’s actually 2 because like a previous poster said, a lot of people can’t afford the AMI. They’re getting in contact with the developer about possibly having a showing on Saturday & going from there.
