A development(Westchester mews) i qualified for in October has 5 studios and 7 one-BR for my AMI. Apparently the 1BR were running low before they got to my log# 2xx but they still asked my preference and warn me of being wait listed if i decided 1BR. i chose 1BR and don't mind waiting, but i wanted to know what i am waiting for exactly. am i waiting for the 2nd building to start getting assigned(not sure if anything started there yet), or am i waiting for an occupied 1BR with matching AMI to be dropped?.
