I just got emailed back regarding being on the waiting
List regarding 118 orchard st after submitting an appeal
In december this is what it Due to the fact that we received an extremely large number of applications, we will not be able to accommodate all those who have applied.

We do hear occasionally about people being called off waitlists, but for a smallish building like that in a popular location, I'd expect a lonnnnnng wait. Just lead your life, but make sure you keep your address with them up-to-date.

Yes I received the same email. I highly doubt they will call anytime soon since you have to assume whoever moves in will stay there a minimum of 2 years. If not longer. So keep on applying. Good Luck.

Yes I received the same email. it is a very slim chance for us on the waiting list.
My name is on many of the waiting list for many of year... no one ever call..
