Why is it that some management company never answers your request for an appeal, is this normal or are they avoiding from you getting an apt after all the documents I submitted during this pandemic cause it could not have happened at a worst time. I got a rejection letter for not submitting one document and right away I applied for an appeal now it’s going on 3 month and nothing, no replies don’t you have 10 days to file for an appeal? What gives? Mrrcaraballo10 log 8011 Bronx commons. Lemle woff managing agent.

Have you called them? I would reach out to the housing department or to the government institution managing the project and let them know what's going on.

That’s strange.. I’m applying with Lemle & Wolff right now for an apt and I did an appeal. They rejected me and in the letter it said I had 5 days to appeal. I sent my letter of appeal within 2 days & They got back to me in about 5 days..she sent over a ton of documents for me to fill out and we have been talking back and forth for 2 weeks. Perhaps someone else appealed before you and they are handling that first?

Or maybe the worker assigned to your property is out? I would suggest calling them or emailing again
